Aspen, Colorado is one of the most world renowned ski locations in the United States as both the Aspen Mountain and the Aspen Highlands offer more than 4,100 acres of slopes that cater to the novice, as well as the expert skier. Three of the four mountains located in the Aspen resort area are open to both snowboarders and skiers and all of the mountains offer great alternative activities such as snowmobile rides, snowshoe walks, and in some cases, hot-air balloon tours. The Aspen Highlands is home to 790 acres of terrain that can be skied, including four lifts, and 131 runs of various skill levels, with 16 runs that are designed to test the advanced skier. Aspen Mountain has a base elevation of 7,945 feet and plays host to 76 different runs with 35 of these 76 dedicated to the advanced skier.

The Aspen Alps

This luxurious condominium has two sides that include a kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, high speed internet and a maid service that comes once per day. Aspen Alps also has an outdoor pool and hot tub, steam and sauna, a great place to workout, and is conveniently located within five minutes walking distance from town with some of the units coming with the option of ski in and ski out capability.

Ajax Condominiums

These condominiums are equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and make the perfect place to stay while enjoying the slopes of Aspen. Guests can warm up from a cold day of skiing in Ajax’s hot tub and prepare a hot cup of chocolate in the full kitchen that is provided with all rooms. For those that have had enough exercise for the day and prefer to relax couch-potato style, Ajax is fully equipped with cable television.

Aspen Meadows Resort

This resort offers travelers rooms that range from 600 square feet to 1,200 square feet. A shuttle is provided that will take tourists both to and from the airport. An all inclusive resort package offers guests perks such as health club that comes complete with a personal trainer and a weight room for strengthening the muscles used for skiing.
